TaleTeller (TaleTeller: Books Read Aloud) is made by Telco & Software Services (founder and owner: Rahul Sharma), an independent developer in India ("we", "us"). You can delete your
TaleTeller account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app (straight away)
- Open TaleTeller and tap your name at the top right (Me).
- In the Your account section, tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Write to rprrahul18@gmail.com / contact@telcosoftservices.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject
"Delete my TaleTeller account". We'll delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account (sign-in email and password).
- Your listening progress, bookmarks, notes, highlights and saved words.
- Your place in your family: you are removed from the family library.
- Your profile details, such as your name and birth year.
What is kept
- Books you added to a family library stay there for the other family members. To remove them too, delete them first
(book page → Delete book) before deleting your account.
- Records of TaleTeller Plus purchases are kept by Google Play / the App Store and our payment provider (RevenueCat) as required for
tax and accounting, and so you can restore Plus later.
On your phone
Books, page photos and settings stored on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
In the app you can delete any book (book page → Delete book), any bookmark, and any saved word, at any time.
